Building products means we carry the maintenance cost of every shortcut. It keeps the architecture advice we give clients honest.

Both products come out of problems we watched people actually have — a front desk guessing at policy, a landlord running a portfolio out of a text thread.

Neither product is finished. We would rather say that plainly than dress a roadmap up as a launch.
